It’s the lecture given by Jawed Karim, one of the YouTube founders, at his alma mater, U of I at Champaign-Urbana, on why the site works, why it caught on, and why we should care. Lord is it ever dry and not for watching if you’re still sleepy from too much turkey, but it’s all pretty interesting if you can make it all the way through.
