Big up to the dream that just won’t die. Despite the collapse of a West Side Stadium deal, the 2012 Olympic Games may come to New York after all, thanks to a plan to build a new stadium for the Mets. Ladies and gents, may we present the ass-kickery that is the new NYC 2012 logo (Unbeige hearts Mr. Met):

On a side note, our runner-up featured Mario Cantone on the logo instead. Come on, the proposed stadium’s in Queens, people.
