Via 37 Signals we have the first peek of the Eames postage stamps, which you can start sticking to your design pen pals this summer. According to Eames Demetrios' blog, there's an even cooler story behind them: The stamps were designed by Derry Noyes, who is the daughter of daughter of Eli Noyes, a close friend of Charles and Ray and the director of design at IBM.

Of course the only question on our mind is if these will beat the record-breaking Star Wars set, as Terry "Stampy" McCaffrey, chair of the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee, accurately predicted last year at the Y Conference.
