Poor Rem: His Store Done Burned Down
We received a late-Sunday missive from our bff at ArchNewsNow about the recent fire on Prince and Broadway. We strolled by yesterday and couldn’t really see anything. Except the Enormous Shards Of Glass that for real were about to fall on our head and make our short last week even shorter. Gawker rightly pointed out this morning that the real lament is for Rem’s zebrawood flooring (the $5 million in new Prada merchandise really does pale in comparison), but we’d just like to reiterate that this is an incomparable tragedy for Superdutch (TM) architecture.
Mostly, though, we just really liked the wallpaper.
