Luke Hayman Is Pentagram's New Man
When he's not sifting through the entries of Speak Up's High Priority contest (you know, that one you should stop whining about and enter?), New York magazine design director Luke Hayman will be celebrating his induction into the platinum echelon of design. That's right, the partners at Pentagram have added Hayman to their ranks. "From Brill's Content to his revivification of New York magazine, Luke has set a new standard for publication design," says Abbott Miller, partner in Pentagram's New York office. "Luke's work fuses the instincts of a great journalist with impeccable craft and panache. He can work across a wide range of disciplines, and Pentagram will provide a new platform for his singular talent." Hayman's first job will be redesigning Time with Scher. Wow, we might actually read it then. Email This Post |
