The Triumphant Return of Yanko

First we ask you to recognize that sad, sinking feeling you get when you visit UnBeige and we haven’t updated in a couple hours. Now multiply that by twenty. That’s how we, personally, have been feeling, day after day, when visiting Yanko Design, a site we usually visit a couple of times a day, easy, to see what’s going on in the world of interesting product design. Sadly, they mysteriously stopped posting and were silent for what seemed like more than a month. And we were lost. Just crying in our cereal every morning. But no more! They’ve returned with a vengence, and a nice little note up top:

Apologies to my loyal readers, but as you know finding contents day in day out takes a lot of time and when paying projects attached to looming deadlines mount, I had no choice to shut it for a while. At least, that is, till I started to receive over a thousand e-mails (all within 2 weeks) expressing encouragement and concerns. Which reminded me that there are loyal readers who I appreciate and care about. I am back and recharged but with reinforcement (I have added three contributors) this time. Yanko Design is shedding its old skin and being reborn! And so away we go.
