Speaking of regulated all-out brawls, when one commences, it is dictated by nature that there must be a voice of higher authority presiding over the mayhem, so that some sense might be made of the conflict. This week, that voice is our very own Alissa Walker, who will be serving as commentator in today's Layer Tennis match (over at this writer's very own home), starting at 2pm, Chicago-time. She'll find herself between two mighty forces, that of Australian-turned-Englander, Rob Cordiner, and the Bay-based Scott Hansen. Despite all our miscellaneous close connections to this story, we're giving you a completely unbiased opinion when we say that this will be the greatest event known to man and we are not joking when we say that we won't speak to you anymore if we find out you weren't following along.
