Your Wind, At Work
Justin Good’s great essay on Design Observer, “What is Beauty? Or, On the Aesthetics of Wind Farms” has mad love for the white pinwheels that populate our more progressive lands. It got us all dreamy thinking about driving east on I-10, sailing over the San Gorgonio Pass towards Palm Springs, and spotting the first white blades hacking through blue sky in unison, like a flock of agitated seagulls. They’re truly magnificent creatures.
