Earlier today, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger was on CNN.com Live talking about his state's economic woes, yesterday's California Supreme Court decision upholding the ban on gay marriage and they talked about who is leading the GOP. And the Gov. got to use a joke he's probably been storing up for a while:
