Havas-owned Euro RSCG is taking social media seriously enough to launch a new unit called, you guessed it, Euro RSCG Social. The agency behind the Dos Equis spots that also counts clients like Sprint and Volvo unveiled a website to support its new arm. The site basically does have that bloggy feel, but features white papers, social media trends and data to go along with the blog posts. Euro is currently boasting that it has a following of 100,000 people, but it wasn’t specified if that number was just through Twitter or combined with Facebook. See the company boast about its recent accomplishments on its online hub, which is dubbed “Social Life and Social Media.”
