Y&R Chicago Has a New CCO, Don’tcha Know

The man behind Budweiser’s “Real Men of Genius” campaign is now the chief creative officer at Young & Rubicam’s Chicago office. The agency’s global CCO Tony Granger announced this week that Bob Winter will serve in the aforementioned post in the Windy City.

Winter was most recently an SVP/ECD at Leo Burnett, working on accounts including Altoids, Kellogg’s, Greenpeace and Caesars Palace. During his career, as we mentioned above, Winter created the Bud campaign while holding a VP/CD post at DDB Chicago, where he spent eight years, eventually climbing his way up to a creative director gig at Goodby and overseeing work for clients such as Ace Hardware and Netflix.
