When you’re looking to connect with a brand on social media, which channel do you prefer?
Almost six in 10 consumers aged 14-34 prefer Facebook for communications from brands, reveals a new study from The Intelligence Group, compared to just 12 percent who cite Twitter as their preference.
Twitter didn’t even finish second in the poll, losing out to YouTube, which was cited by one in five respondents.
