Did you know that the latest statistics show that the social job seeker is typically a woman, aged 30-39 who is college-educated?
Three-quarters of social job seekers found their current position through Facebook, reveals a new study from Jobvite, with 83 percent using the social network to find new positions, alongside Twitter (40 percent), Google+ (37 percent) and LinkedIn (36 percent).
Conversely, 94 percent of recruiters use LinkedIn – by far their favourite social network.
