In less than a decade social media has revolutionised marketing, lead generation and sales for brands of all shapes and sizes across almost every industry. And this includes small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), too – indeed, the financially low entry point of platforms such as Twitter and Facebook make than an equal opportunity option for all brands… including yours.

It’s not too late to get onboard. Four out of five SMBs now use social media to engage with customers, with Facebook (85 percent), LinkedIn and Twitter (59 percent each) leading the way, and just 4 percent of SMBs say that they are not likely to use social media at all in the next year.
