If you were trying to post to Instagram or Vine yesterday, or stream a movie on Netflix, or book an Airbnb rental, you may have experienced some error messages. Well, that is due to a glitch in an Amazon server in Virginia where these companies host their content. According to AWS Service’s health dashboard page, the problems occurred at two servers from about 1-6pm PDT. The issue has been restored.
Instagram, Vine and Airbnb tweeted about issues on Sunday afternoon.
We know many of you are having trouble loading Instagram. We identified the issue and are working to fix it ASAP. Thanks for holding on.
