Artkive is Recommended Children’s App of the Week

Artkive is our Recommended Children’s App of the Week. This free iOS app is a tool that lets parents archive and store their children’s artwork.

Developer the Kive Company created the app as a place for kids to showcase their work, as well as share it with others. You can create a profile for more than one child, scan their artwork and then add details about the work such as their age, the date and the title of the work. Here is more about it from iTunes:

Never again feel guilty about throwing away artwork your kids bring home. Get rid of the clutter and start to enjoy your child’s work. Turn your Artkive into a high quality, hard cover book with little more than the touch of a button! Your kids will love flipping through their Artkives to see their creations and they make great gifts for grandparents and other loved ones.

What children’s apps do you recommend? Please add it to our Recommended Apps for Kids directory. To share an app, fill out our simple form below. Once you complete it, your app suggestion will be stored in our growing database of great apps for kids. We will use this directory to plan features and share new digital tools with our readers.

You can also download an Excel version of the directory to sort the results for yourself.
