Apple is now giving away the “7 Minute Workout” app via the Apple Store app. The fitness app is normally priced at $1.99, but iOS users can download it for free through Feb. 20 by accessing a redemption code offered in the Apple Store.
The popular 7-minute workout is a series of basic exercises, such as push-ups, jumping jacks and sit-ups, which are completed in a total of 7 minutes. Read more about the workout here.
The app takes users through each of the 12 exercises, complete with a 30-second stopwatch, a motivational narrator and even tips and demonstrations. There’s an activity calender and results tracker to follow your progress in terms of weight loss and completed sessions, too.
There are a number of 7-minute workout apps available on both iOS and Android. Apple is featuring a batch of them this week, but this one is the freebie.
