As media professionals build their Facebook presence, one question concerns everybody: how many times a day should you post on Facebook?
At our AllFacebook Marketing Conference in New York City this week, a panel filled with Facebook experts answered that deceptively simple question. We’ve collected their advice below–do you agree?

PostRocket CEO Tim Chae had this advice: “Every day, one person in your newsfeed should see one post.” He suggested using Facebook targeting tools to make sure your posts reach the optimal amount of readers.
Salesforce.com’s Customers for Life VP Michael Jaindl suggested that most professional users should only post one or two times a day. “The interaction rates are 19 percent higher,” he explained. Glyder director of social media Blake Jamieson agreed, saying he only posted one or two times a day.
Jon Loomer Digital founder Jon Loomer urged professional Facebook users to wait at least four hours in between posts.
