The site was created by Belgian developer Maarten Schenk. We’ve embedded a screenshot above–what do you think? Is this a smart new app or an invasion of Twitter privacy?

Here’s the site’s tagline: “So many questions, so little time. Thousands of people are asking questions on Twitter, answer them!”
