EPIC is a nonprofit organization that supports the professional development and leadership of people around the world who practice applied ethnography. EPIC members are researchers, designers, and innovators. Using theory and methods from the social sciences, ethnographers use insights about people and culture to build more relevant and socially responsive organizations, processes, products, and services.
