Al-Monitor and Johns Hopkins Discuss Very Functional Working Relationship Between Russia, US

Well the folks over at the Johns Hopkins Advanced School of International Studies are gunna hash it out this Thursday December 5th with help from new, DC-based, Mid-East news site Al-Monitor.
