Tim Grieve announced yesterday that more changes are coming to the National Journal. In an email to staff, he announced two new hires and two promotions. Andie Coller will be joining NJ as deputy magazine editor and Brendan Sasso as a technology correspondent.
Coller started her career in New York, working at the New York Post before jumping to Politico, where she has been an editor. Sasso is the lead writer for the Hillicon Valley blog at The Hill and is the second reporter from The Hill to leave for the National Journal in the last month. Ben Geman was hired in November to cover environmental issues.
Grieve also announced two promotions. Patrick Reis is moving into a new role as NJ’s Policy Editor with responsibility for health care, tech, and defense. Matt Berman is also taking on new responsibilities as the editor of NJ’s wire team.
