We have so many questions…
Will Nikki Finke, on her way back from Hawaii, take a short detour to LAX’s Tom Bradley International Terminal and shoplift her favorite candy bar? Will some items on the shelf be promoted with a notice that reads “For Your Consideration”? Are they planning to carry those $5.99 mini-Oscar statuettes stocked by every Tom, Dick and Hollywood Blvd. souvenir-shop Harriet?
The Hollywood Reporter Store was officially opened on September 27 in partnership with Hudson Group. A rep for the trade tells FishbowlNY that editorial director Janice Min has not, as of yet, had a chance to drop by.
Of note, The Hollywood Reporter LAX store is the first time since 2009 that Hudson Group has partnered with a new brand. The firm operates more than 700 stores in 70+ airports around the world.
