On the heels of that recent Liam Gallagher love child scandal comes the hint of another, involving an even bigger Brit. Liam Gallagher Sues The New York Post

Liam Gallagher — one of the men responsible for songs like “Champagne Supernova” and “Wonderwall” — is suing the New York Post. Yesterday, the paper ran a piece claiming that Gallagher was being sued by a journalist for fathering her child. Though the woman is unnamed, some are speculating that it’s Liza Ghorbani, who once wrote a piece fittingly titled “A Night Out With Liam Gallagher” for The New York Times.

The Post says that the woman is seeking $3 million from the former Oasis frontman. The Guardian reports that Gallagher, in turn, is countersuing the Post for making the allegations. Perhaps you could argue that Gallagher being sued — even if it’s for something he didn’t do — is proper punishment for unleashing Oasis’ music upon the masses, but we won’t go that far.

If the Post’s allegations are true, Gallagher is going to have a tough time explaining this to his wife and three children. Hopefully he doesn’t start with “And all the roads we have to walk are winding. And all the lights that lead us there are blinding. There are many things that I would like to say to you, but I don’t know how.” We don’t imagine that going over too well.
