New to the world of freelancing, but not journalism, I have a decade of experience as a staff writer and editor at a range of magazines and websites. My background is in finance and energy but I am a quick study and always interested in breaking into new areas. I am comfortable (and have experience) interviewing all kinds of people, including CEOs, politicians and other major industry participants. Clients and employers value my ability to break down difficult concepts into easy to digest nuggets of information, as well as good habits such as filing on time and to the specified word count. I am currently freelancing part-time, but I am open to discussing all kinds of projects.
