I love to write about everything from light hearted pop-culture to serious issues such as health and politics. I'm passionate about travel, food, health, television and film, as well as important women's issues. I hope to touch an emotional chord with my readers while simultaneously making them laugh out loud. I'm happy to play the role of guinea pig, taking on awkward, scary, and often embarrassing experiences, in order to give readers a review or perhaps take some of the fear out of the situation. Whether I'm writing about post partum psychosis or a boudoir photo shoot gone wrong, nothing is off limits when it comes to what I will share in my writing, as long as I think that doing so can uplift others somehow. It is my intention to connect people through my stories and maybe even encourage others to share their own less than perfect moments, realizing that when we can laugh at dark times, the light always seems to shine through.
