Michael post produced and edited this piece for Sodexo, chronicling one of their initiative to end world hunger.

HDNews - Rainbow-Media

HURRICANE WILMA AND KATRINA - FIELD WORK Michael's experience often made him the prime choice to work in the field covering assignments which required difficult logistical planning and strenuous conditions. Michael was sent to provide coverage of Hurricane Wilma in Miami, and Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. Both, experiences he will not soon forget. The majority of footage in this section was shot by Michael.
One of Michael's prime responsabilities at HDNews was to take the scripts and material from the reporters and photographers in the field and turn them into highly stylized visual stories that utilized the High Definition and Dolby 5.1 surround sound formats to the max.
DEMOCRATIC AND REPUBLICAN NATIONAL CONVENTIONS While on location at the historic Democratic and Republican National Conventions, Michael setup a remote editing facility to edit stories and footage in the field, greatly reducing the need to book costly satellites utilizing FTP technology to send material. All material was edited by Michael. Some material was shot by Michael.
While at HDN Michael's ability to contribute to the networks overall visual style was recognized and he was soon chosen to play a lead role in creating and implementing highly stylized on air promotions. The promo clips in this section were post produced and edited by Michael.

NYC Media

Michael served as a post production producer and video editor for the "Taxi of Tomorrow" Public Service Announcement. The spot was run on local networks and in the back of taxi's. (COURTESY TAXI OF TOMORROW WEBPORTAL) In 2007, City officials convened a group of stakeholders, including representatives of taxi drivers, owner and passengers, to create a set of goals for the next New York City taxi cab, a project called the Taxi of Tomorrow. In December 2009, the TLC issued a "request for proposals," inviting auto manufacturers and designers to submit their best ideas for a purpose-built vehicle to serve as a New York City taxicab. On May 3, 2011 Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, Deputy Mayor Stephen Goldsmith and Taxi and Limousine Commissioner David Yassky announced that the NV200, designed by Nissan North America, Inc., has been chosen as the winner of the Taxi of Tomorrow competition.
Michael Post Produced and Edited a number of short interstitial specials of "That's So New York" Fashion Week Edition, featuring celebrity stylist Felix Mercado.
