While my beats are travel, food, wine, home design, and weddings, I can write about anything in any form. For 20-plus years I've written print and digital pieces for Bon Appetit, Conde Naste Traveller, Hemisphere, Robb Report, and The Knot. Luck me--I studied French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris (and was sous chef in a bistro) and kaiseki cooking in Kyoto, Japan, which inspired the memoir, Untangling My Chopsticks: A Culinary Sojourn in Kyoto (Broadway).
