Professional Experience

Resourceful writer. Meticulous copy editor. Inventive recipe developer. Backed by a culinary degree and a passion for good eats, I love to write about all things food-related for such outlets as Gourmet.com. In a prior life, I covered government and politics at Congressional Quarterly in Washington, DC, and I continue to do occasional legislative projects. I have extensive copyediting experience, including regular on-site assignments at Food & Wine. As a contributing editor and recipe developer at Latina, I focus on healthy and fast versions of traditional specialties as well as features on food, family and kids. One of my recipes was featured on The Early Show on CBS.
