We’re seeking dependable individuals to join our team of shoppers and share their in-store experiences. As a shopper, you’ll visit popular retailers such as Lowe’s, Publix, Walgreens, Kroger, Target, Kmart, Rite Aid, Best Buy, Home Depot, Family Dollar, and many others.

This flexible, part-time position is fun, rewarding, and easy to fit into your schedule—no prior experience or fees required. You’ll receive a cashier’s check via U.S. Mail for each assignment, which includes both your compensation and survey funds.

Expect to receive at least three assignments per week. If you’re interested, please complete the application form accurately. Once submitted, our team will review your details and contact you promptly.

The purpose of this evaluation is to help local business owners enhance their customer service and overall store experience. Your honest and unbiased feedback will be essential in assessing:

• Quality of customer service and professionalism
• Employee engagement and communication
• Time efficiency during transactions
• Friendliness and helpfulness of staff
• Cleanliness and organization of the store or business location

We’ve received several reports of potential issues such as staff misconduct, overcharging, and inconsistent service at outlets within your area. To verify or dismiss these claims, you will be provided with funds to visit and evaluate selected locations.
