Define design strategy that delivers measurable business and customer outcomes. Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and researchers to translate insights into intuitive, elegant experiences. Champion UX culture, process, and craft —mentoring teammates and elevating design standards across the organization. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of professional UX / product design experience (or comparable background). Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Compelling online portfolio that demonstrates design thinking, process, and shipped work. Proven success designing complex web, desktop, and native mobile experiences. Hands‑on expertise in several of the following: visual design, information architecture, prototyping, conversational design, strategic design frameworks, content design, or user research. Agile team experience —shipping increments of value through iterative discovery and delivery. Comfort partnering with researchers to plan studies, synthesize data, and make evidence‑based decisions. Solid grasp of design systems —knowing when to extend, when to reuse, and how to contribute components at scale. Working knowledge of front‑end and native development constraints and possibilities. Exceptional communication skills —able to present work, facilitate workshops, and engage stakeholders from engineers to executives.
