Hours: 20 hours / week - maybe less some weeks depending on workload
Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Content Manager to manage ongoing content accuracy, clarity and accessibility of various communication platforms (hubs, portfolio, SharePoint, snapshot, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Content Refreshes:
- Manage refresh intake process including assessing requests for completion and clarity of inputs.
- Aggregate required assets and package into clear assignment for developer/designer hand-off.
- Review content updates for accuracy and communicate live updates.
Internal Site Management:
- Responsible for site experience and content including permissions, UX, copy, and document links.
- Collaborate with designer and partners to ensure content quality and consistency.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using SharePoint analytics, identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize content.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years brand management, creative strategy, marketing, site merchandising, project management experience
- Ability to author and facilitate clear assignment direction
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Understanding of digital content best practices
- Experience with content management (e.g. Microsoft SharePoint) and work management systems (e.g. Smartsheet)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
