We are looking for a prudent Property Manager responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

Responsibilities

1. Manage all aspects of assigned properties
2. Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs
3. Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
4. Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
5. Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
6. Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
7. Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
8. Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends
9. Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance
10. Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
11. Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
12. Update job and market knowledge
13. Fully understand property management and its financial aspects
14. Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
15. Customer focus and bottom line orientation
16. Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
17. Well organized with excellent time management skills
