Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: One (1) year of customer service experience in a library preferred. Experience using PeopleSoft is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to organize information
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to interact professionally with faculty and students
