LeafFilter Gutter Protection, a rapidly growing home improvement company, is seeking Part-time Retail Marketers. Candidates should possess excellent verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, dependable, and have reliable transportation. Selected applicants will work on-site at various retail stores. Hours and days vary, and weekend availability is required.

Job Summary
The Retail Marketer will attend pre-scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers. Responsible for exceeding lead targets and goals set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
- Work independently while keeping the manager informed
- Meet performance goals
- Generate high-quality leads for our industry-leading products
Job Requirements
- Willingness to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Attention to detail and punctuality
- Smartphone required
- Self-motivated with a desire to educate customers about our products
- High energy and engagement for long periods
- Ability to utilize our proven system to generate leads for our top-rated product
