What We Offer

• Uncapped Earning Potential: Make $50,000 to $90,000+ annually
• Paid Training: $15/hr training pay or start earning uncapped commission from day one!
• $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment while remaining in good standing

The Role

As a Design Consultant, you’ll ensure an exceptional shopping experience by:

• Creating an engaging environment
• Sharing product knowledge
• Acquiring new customers via leads & referrals
• Submitting accurate orders & ensuring satisfaction
• Sharing best practices with the team

Previous experience in sales, retail, furniture, restaurants, or real estate is a plus but not required.
