Arts, A/V Technology, & Communications Career Cluster
This cluster focuses on careers in multimedia content design, production, exhibition, performance, writing, and publishing, including visual and performing arts, journalism, and entertainment services. This position emphasizes A/V technology.

Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess instruction aligned with State standards.
- Design lessons based on best practices with clear, measurable goals.
- Collaborate frequently with colleagues.
- Convey high expectations using effective strategies and materials.
- Differentiate instruction to meet student needs.
- Reflect on and improve instructional practices.
- Foster a structured, engaging learning environment showing care and fairness.
- Develop strong relationships with students’ families and involve them in learning.

Qualifications
Knowledge/Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or higher; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
- Five years of full-time related work experience within the last ten years.
- Experience in electronic engineering, audio/video technology, broadcasting, or related fields.
- Occupational Teaching license with endorsement: (710) Broadcasting; previous endorsements 576 & 597.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Compensation
