Are you ready to dive into the world of programmatic media and ad operations? We're seeking a dynamic Media Operations Specialist to play a key role in driving our agency’s media initiatives forward. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist with multi-channel programmatic media plans, and help manage the full lifecycle of campaign execution—from setup to optimization. You'll also have the chance to help refine processes and tackle real-time challenges in ad operations, working with platforms like Google Analytics, MediaOcean, and more.

Responsibilities
- Assist with set-up and execution of multi-channel programmatic media plans (audio, video, display).
- Assist with launching and maintaining campaigns, including ongoing optimizations.
- Create campaign presentations for planning and reporting.
- Use platforms like MediaOcean, Google Campaign Management, Google Analytics, and DSPs to execute campaigns in collaboration with the media team.
- Develop points of view (POVs) and assist with UTM creation across channels.
- Perform creative QA from client builds and vendor specifications.
- Maintain operational processes to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth media operations.
- Ensure campaigns are built, activated, and optimized to meet KPIs and objectives.
- Support media operations teams internally and externally.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
- Evaluate new technologies, organize product trials, and coordinate ad tech partnerships.
- Partner with vendors to optimize workflows supporting quality and cost-savings.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of DoubleClick, Google Analytics, ad trafficking, or campaign reporting is a plus.
- Ad-buying knowledge is a plus.
- GoogleAds certification preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
