What The Day Will Look Like

1. Showcase networking skills to generate new business.
2. Collaborate with others to create strategic plans and present risk solutions tailored to client needs.
3. Expand your consultative reach by engaging prospects and offering creative advice across Aon’s solutions.
4. Address complex business issues using data and analytics from Aon’s research teams, combining your business insight and current trends understanding.
5. Support a team in managing a portfolio of prospects’ business.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

• 5-10+ years of experience in insurance, consulting, or enterprise products/services.
• Proven ability to follow and champion a successful sales process.
• Current or willingness to obtain Life and Health and/or P&C licenses.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.

The salary range is $100,000 - $200,000 annually, varying based on education, experience, skills, and location. The position may include participation in incentive plans.
