Job Description – Community Manager (CM)

Reports to: Regional Vice President (RVP)

Job Summary

As a Community Manager, you will maintain a customer-centric culture while delivering an exceptional employee experience. Responsibilities include managing net-operating income, occupancy, collections, and home sales. Travel may be required periodically.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed goals related to NOI, occupancy, collections, and home sales.
  • Execute Havenpark’s SOPs and policies for operational excellence.
  • Demonstrate core values through interactions with staff and residents.
  • Communicate regularly with team members to align priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and Fair Housing Standards.
