Position Summary
We seek a marketing professional to execute customer-focused, integrated marketing campaigns. You will develop, implement, assess, and report on marketing tactics, collaborating with creative, strategy, and client teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. Your role is to bring marketing plans to life, leveraging data insights and continuously building skills to promote resource efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver marketing tactics on time, within scope, and aligned with strategy.
- Collaborate with various teams to execute campaigns.
- Become the expert in your assigned areas, including processes, tools, and technologies.
- Support onboarding and guide new team members.
- Manage creative requests and provide feedback on designs and copy.
- Track work progress and communicate updates through project management systems.
- Implement and manage tactics like content creation, templates, landing pages, automation, A/B testing, and reporting.
- Build cross-functional relationships for shared learning and best practices.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and lead communications.
- Mentor team members and seek process improvements.
- Contribute to a positive and innovative team environment.
Experience with email marketing strategy and execution is required, including managing tactics across platforms such as Brevo, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Litmus. HTML and CSS skills are preferred. The role involves content planning, budget management, and industry trend analysis to optimize marketing efforts. Building vendor relationships and negotiating opportunities are also key components.
Position Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Ability to handle diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to prioritize.
- Strong communication skills.
- Project management and data analysis capabilities.
- Knowledge of mathematical concepts and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with paid search, SEO, social media, and email marketing tactics.
- Familiarity with marketing software such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Ads; certifications preferred.
- Adobe Creative Suite skills are a plus.

Licenses & Certifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Certifications in marketing platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) are strongly preferred.
