Who We Are Looking For
The Paid Media Supervisor will be responsible for media planning, buying, and day-to-day management across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic, as well as maintaining and analyzing campaign performance data. This role will also assist in developing department strategies, processes, and ensure timely, accurate campaign delivery. The primary focus will be on Paid Search.
What You'll Do
- Manage client paid media campaigns, including strategy, issuing RFPs, trafficking, pacing, optimizations, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Omnichannel Strategy & Account teams to develop and execute media plans across channels like Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video, Audio, ConnectedTV, etc.
- Create and refine performance reports and conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular progress updates on online marketing efforts and performance metrics to clients.
- Assist in training junior staff on tactical execution, processes, and team policies.
- Oversee strategic execution of media campaigns for junior team members, ensuring plans are in market and deadlines are met.
- Present recommendations to managers, clients, and prospects.
- Manage optimizations to ensure client success.
- Assist in managing tagging and tracking URLs.
- Execute media plans within DSPs, publishers, networks, and partner platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Trade Desk, DV360, etc.
- Mentor and train junior team members, supporting their career growth, potentially managing 1-2 team members.
Who You Are
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and resolve conflicting priorities effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with creative thinking abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Quantitative analytical skills; comfortable working with large data sets and managing multiple accounts.
What You'll Need
- 6+ years in paid media, with digital or agency experience.
- Strong understanding of Paid Search, Programmatic, and Paid Social.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, DV360, TradeDesk, Meta.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quick learner of new tools.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking and web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics.
- Knowledge of DCM Trafficking and Reporting or other ad servers.
