Shift: Monday through Saturday 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM - Please note this is the time period in which services are provided. Shift time and coverage may vary.
PRN Rate: $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Provide music therapy interventions addressing needs such as diagnosis of terminal illness, psychosocial issues, grief and bereavement, group activities, developmental concerns, acute crisis, withdrawal/depression, and psychiatric disorders.
- Create and manage patient treatment plans, maintain documentation, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Educate staff across disciplines on psychosocial and emotional benefits of music therapy.
Work Experience
How You’ll Be Successful:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Medical background or direct experience preferred.
- Experience in pediatric acute care hospital environment preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Psychology, or Therapy required.
- Graduate or advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
- Music Therapist Board Certification required.
