Job Overview

Nexstar Media Group is seeking a Director of Digital Ad Sales to lead revenue growth and strategic initiatives across our digital assets. Ideal Candidate

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
    • Lead sales initiatives across digital ad products including OTT/CTV, display, mobile, native, and programmatic channels.
    • Build revenue through high-value partnerships and develop go-to-market strategies.
    • Manage sales pipeline and collaborate with sales teams to grow digital revenue.
  2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
    • Maintain relationships with advertisers and agencies to drive revenue.
    • Develop strategies for client acquisition and negotiate contracts for long-term partnerships.
  3. Product & Market Strategy
    • Understand digital ad formats and develop strategic sales plans.
    • Collaborate with product teams to enhance offerings and measurement capabilities.
  4. Industry Leadership & Innovation
    • Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in digital media sales, with emphasis on OTT/CTV and programmatic buying.
  • Leadership experience managing sales teams.
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Proven success in closing high-value deals.
  • Strong client relationship skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
