THE JOB
US Concerts seeks a Guest Ambassador to positively interact with guests, providing information and assistance to ensure an enjoyable experience.

What This Role Will Do

  1. Communicate venue policies and procedures to guests before entry.
  2. Proactively assist guests to enhance their experience.
  3. Answer questions about venue programs like upgrades and merchandise.
  4. Help guests find their seats, facilitate seat changes, escort guests to meet & greet events, and assist with lost items.
  5. Manage restroom and concession lines to reduce wait times.
  6. Resolve guest complaints.
  7. Participate in sustainability programs by educating fans and helping conserve resources.
  8. Assist in venue closing procedures, including collecting recyclables and storing equipment.
  9. Report maintenance and cleaning issues promptly.
  10. Support staffing during peak times or breaks.
  11. Greet guests, distribute flyers, and monitor restroom lines.

What This Person Will Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years in Guest Service and communications.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to implement programs.
  • Physical ability to walk, climb stairs, lift 50+ lbs, and sit occasionally.
