Summary:
Part-time (3 to 9 credits) adjunct faculty positions in Communication Studies, primarily teaching sections of our basic Introduction to Communication course. This course covers Human Communication and Public Speaking. Opportunities may be available at the Bethlehem, PA campus, Monroe campus in Tannersville, PA, or online.
Qualifications:
Master's degree or 18 credits from a regionally accredited institution in Human Communication Studies (e.g., Persuasion, Interpersonal Communication, Speech Communication, Organizational Communication). College teaching experience is strongly preferred.
Special Instructions:
The number of adjunct instructors hired varies each semester based on departmental and college needs. There may not be an immediate opening at the time of your application. When an opening occurs, the hiring manager will review this pool of candidates. If selected, you will be contacted. Official transcripts from all attended universities and three (3) state/federal background clearances are required before a contract is issued.
