Job DescriptionRemote iGaming Performance Marketing Experience PreferredDignotion is seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with proven experience in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns. We're especially interested in candidates with a background in iGaming or other regulated verticals, who understand the nuances of acquisition marketing in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.In this role, you'll manage and optimize campaigns across paid search, social, display, and native channels. You'll also contribute to strategy, analyze performance data, and help drive measurable growth across multiple client accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, programmatic display, and native advertisingOptimize campaigns for ROI/CPA, monitor pacing, and ensure delivery targets are metAnalyze campaign performance, generate reports, and surface insights to guide decisionsCoordinate with internal teams on landing pages, creatives, and tracking implementationEnsure compliance with platform policies and specific advertising guidelinesStay current on media trends, competitor activity, and emerging tools relevant to performance marketingRequirements1-2 years of hands-on experience running digital ad campaigns (search, social, or display)Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics and reporting toolsUnderstanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and audience segmentationOrganized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyFluent written and spoken English, additional languages a plusAvailable to work part-time, remotely, and align with U.S. time zonesBonus Points If You Have:Prior experience managing campaigns for iGaming, betting, casino, or similar regulated industriesFamiliarity with affiliate tracking platforms or third-party ad tech tools (e.g., Voluum, Redtrack, Everflow)Experience working within compliance frameworks across different states or countriesKnowledge of Google Tag Manager, UTM strategies, and performance testing toolsBenefitsRemote, flexible work scheduleExposure to high-performance marketing strategies in competitive sectorsOpportunity to work with a senior team and grow into a larger roleProject-based or part-time engagement with performance-focused deliverables
