Marketing Operations

1. Helping to develop digital marketing strategies by studying client goals, past performance, competitor behavior, and market conditions and matching these elements with appropriate digital marketing tools.
2. Contributing to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
3. Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
4. Analyzing data and trends to formulate marketing plans and gain an understanding of the market and our user base.
5. Generating, organizing, and managing written, image-based, and other editorial content, with consideration for tone, messaging guidelines, and other general outreach initiatives.

Client Relations

1. Nurture and strengthen client relationships through regular check-ins and understanding their unique needs.

Task Management

1. Assist in the coordination and execution of account management tasks.
2. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
3. Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and efficient project execution.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects.

Client Reporting

1. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key performance indicators and project milestones.
2. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client reports.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors Degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
2. 2+ years experience in a digital marketing role.
3. Must live in the Los Angeles area.
