Community Manager
CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Exempt, Benefits Eligible
COMPENSATION: $60,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus the ability to earn performance bonuses

POSITION SUMMARY: The Community Manager is the top site-level position at Redstone Residential and is responsible for all aspects of property operation. The Community Manager reports to Regional Manager, who operates out of the corporate office. The Community Manager strives to achieve all operational and financial goals for the property. This property is a brand new 65 Unit Student Housing Community in Downtown Salt Lake!

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the property to the approved operating budget.
- Oversee the lease-up of the property.
- Collect rent and manage delinquency.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone.
- Create a positive environment that enhances the experience for our residents.
- Build and maintain relationships with campus and community resources.
- Promote and emphasize outstanding customer service through staff training and on-going job performance evaluations.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
- Manage projects ranging from marketing initiatives to construction projects.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in student housing or multifamily property management
- Ability to use and quickly learn technology – Google Apps, Microsoft Office, cloud-based management and dashboarding software
- Ability to manage projects and multitask several processes at once under stressful conditions
- Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plus
- Detail-oriented work ethic, experience managing to a budget, P&L ownership
- Team Player – able to inspire team members to high levels of performance and to provide constructive feedback as needed
- High school diploma is required.
