Job Title: Presentations Workflow Coordinator

Location: Getzville, NY (2nd Shift: 3:30pm to 12:00 am, Monday to Friday)

Job Type: Contract with strong potential for extension or full-time conversion. Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and other teams to create product landing pages, marketing materials (emails, banners, social media, print), video assets, illustrations, and photography for content marketing.
• Create compelling visual experiences optimized for users.
• Assist in solving complex visual problems and provide creative support to stakeholders.
• Translate technical concepts into interactive design, illustrations, and infographics, maintaining visual excellence across all touchpoints.
• Follow tools, templates, processes, and style guides to ensure brand consistency and champion design within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in Presentations Workflow Coordination.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
